Datograph Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

A. Lange & Söhne is a trademark of Lange Uhren GmbH, a German manufacturer of luxury and prestige watches. The company was originally founded by Ferdinand Adolph Lange in Glashütte, Germany in 1845. One of the biggest before-and-after moments in contemporary horology was the introduction of the A. Lange & Söhne Datograph, which launched in 1999, during a time when there were very few developments taking place in the evolution of chronograph movements. The Datograph instantly raised the bar for in-house, high-end chronograph movements, and while, since then, in-house haute horlogerie chronographs have increased in number, the Datograph is still considered a standard against which other chronographs can be judged.

A customer angrily mentioned, "With my arrival anticipated, I approached the Madison Avenue boutique understanding that my interest is greatly appreciated as I already was a Top Contributor of this luxury timepiece brand on Facebook and heavily contributed iconic comments which justified and proved I deserved status from this timepiece manufacturer at the very least. As I approached, I observed the door opened to a beige coat wearing male. I then approached and was told that "there are reservations only for today" - A. Lange & Söhne security I continued on without hesitation and then called and asked to speak to a sales representative and stated that the security lied to me and I just observed them open the door for another individual off the street. I told her to go home as she isn't able to service me. I then waited until Madison Avenue watch week to schedule a boutique appointment to observe the new novelties as commented on Facebook. I immediately received an email stating that I'd be contacted by a team member. I instead was banned by security via email claiming that they already spoke to me in detail about their concerns etc."
